SPOILERS (PLUS ONE ENDING SPOILER)

This was such a good game! I immediately got one of the worst endings, and watching Dahlia kill Huxley & Whiskers like that broke my heart. Like, WAY more than should be reasonable. I am honestly surprised by just how attached I got to the characters in such a short amount of time. I honestly don’t know if I can even finish it at this point from how sad that was. But, seriously, very well done!

I AM SORRY FOR SPOILING HER HUXLEY BUT I DID NOT WANT HER TO KILL YOU

This got me so so sad. I got a bad ending on the first try 😅

this is so well made and the music is well done! Really gets you into suspense when it comes the time for it.

Such a pretty and emotional game! It left me thinking quite a bit. I love this unique idea. Thank you very much for making it.

Dahlia deserves better... we need a happy ending for her

what are you talking about she is a overly narcissistic individual and fails to realize the wrongness of her actions over and over and goes mad as soon as Huxley gets a sliver of attention despite her having the owner's attention for years prior to him

im a simp for dahlia, need i say more?

I agree, but I also feel like the owner did spoiled her rotten

I Love how through Huxley reading Dahila's diary we learn that she wasn't always the way she is now (unless I misinterpreted her story) She lived with another toy that mistreated her and caused her initial injuries. When she says " that (the owner) wouldn't have gotten rid of her unless she deserved it." She learns that violence isn't immediately punished, because when she was pushed off the house "we" didn't do anything to remedy the situation. So now that she's the favorite, she controls what she can through threats and manipulation, because she's seen that it works and isn't punished unless she does something that angers us directly. Like a victim becoming the abuser, a never-ending cycle of violence in an attempt to have control over her life and surroundings. Which is profound considering she fully believes that herself worth is attached to how much we love her. Any threat to the fragile hierarchy in the house is stopped immediately if she feels it threatens her position. Huxley only threatens her because he's distinctly more human looking, while Whiskers is treated like an animal.  The cycle starts anew if you enable her and choose to save Huxley after he kills Dahila. Both are a product of the environment we put them in and the actions we choose to do or not do. Either way no one's happy.

I really love Huxley tho , I think he's my favorite and fanart is definitely on its way!! ^w^

loved this, it was such a unique concept, I loved Wisker and Huxley, unfortunately I might be in the minority lol, I loved Dahlia's design but hated her as a person lol, she was just so spoiled, would have loved to see more of them though, especially Huxley, who has definitely quickly became my favourite lol

Finally some body horror that actually focuses on how bodies impact the way we are perceived and can interact with the world, rather than just "John Bodyparts the big scary monster who forgot to grow skin"! The concept of such a basic part of agency being able to be taken away by a force for petty misbehavior is uniquely terrifying, and works extremely well in the scenes that use it!

love the way you worded exactly what was on my mind.

I commented on this game years ago but I'm back again because I still really do love it, it's definitely overdue for a replay.
